Alrights. Sort of settled my EZ link card. They said that I can collect my card tomorrow at the Tampines Transitlink office. I don't dare to guarantee it to be settled until I get my card. I must feel my card.

I know these sound nice. Like they transfer my card to the nearest Transitlink the next day. But before all these are settled, I went through many things.

First, I called the Transitlink person to claim my card, and requested them to send my card to my mailing address. Then she told me that she cant do that. She can only ask for a transfer to the nearest Transitlink. And this will take her 1 week. But I remember hearing that from Sophia Tan from SBS. And the person told me Transitlink and SBS are two different entities. They can't promise anything.

So the person who spoke to me said she will ask her officer about this, like whether she can send my card over. I added on to ask her ask if I can ask them to deliver it to the Transitlink asap. Then she just dont get what I mean. She kept telling me that she can transfer my card over but it will take a week to do so as it depends on their manpower. Blah Blah Blah... So alright I just let her do so and wait for her call. Then I come to realise that I did not ask for her name and the time that she will call me back. Stupidness.

Then I decided to call Sophia Tan to ask her about this situation. I told her that they said that I could not request to send to my mailing address. They could only transfer the card. Then she said she didn't tell me that they can send to my house. like OMG I heard her saying that the last time. Alright so I went on to ask if she can ask them to transfer like tomorrow or earlier than a week. So tell me this...

"That's why I use the word request. So it is not a promise..."

Upon hearing this, I feel like fainting. But I requested her to call the officer so that the officer can speak to me directly. When she ask me for the person I spoke to thn I feel stupid again. Cos I forgot to ask for her name!

Most probably, she spoke to her. So the officer called me to inform me that they will send it in a few days. I guess that was good enough for me at that point of time. Then she called again to inform me that I can receive my card tomorrow twice. Yup I think speaking to the officer is a better option.

LESSON LEARNT!

Alright! xuelin and van dont worry abt me or be scared by me k? Cos I felt v irritated that after calling here and all those things are not settled and not gone smoothly, so I feel super frustrated and I dont like that feeling. Not that it's v serious. So that's it. Forget about what happen just now k? I am back to normal ((: and I am gonna get my card tmr.

Now the worry is my TOP.
